Adamson Construction Services have years of experience in a variety of building skills.

A Professional and multi disciplined management and support team work with a wealth of directly employed and qualified tradesmen. Clients can be assured of a dedicated commitment to their projects and building requirements.

Skills and knowledge in building trades at Adamson Construction Services include project management, joinery, plastering, painting and decorating, brick laying, plumbing and grounds men. Qualifications are held from governing boards such as City & Guilds, NVQ’s, CITB along with a number of independent assessing organisations.

All new site staff joining Adamson Construction Services undergo a comprehensive induction to ensure company policies and ethos are understood. New & existing staff joining the team are encouraged and provided with opportunities for further developing their existing skills through a continual training and development plan.

We believe Construction Skills Certification Skills cards are fundamental in understanding site safety. Staff who don’t hold a CSCS card when joining are required to obtain their cards within a short space of time. This promotes working safely both as a team and independently.

At Adamson Construction Services, management acknowledge the need for improving the numbers of construction industry qualified trades people. We recognise that school and college leavers need to be encouraged to develop their skills through actively working alongside time served and qualified site staff.

Our team is further enhanced in house by the skills of qualified office staff, accountants and business development departments with the aim of ensuring clients requirements are not just met, but exceed expectations.

Company objectives are disseminated and discussed at team training sessions to encourage team co-operation and understanding of individual roles.
