Three years ago Adamson Construction Services branched out into home building. The private development of five prestigious homes built in the countryside of Nateby, near Garstang, Lancashire were designed in conjunction with local architect David Pearson. The new homes conform to specifications of current home builder requirements such as better energy consumptions and access for the disabled, to achieve the NHBC 10 year warranty.
The two different designs of properties; each with four bedrooms with one or two bedrooms offering en suite facilities and also provide study accommodation for home working. Rooms have been designed to give maximum light and feeling of open plan; whilst maintaining the division of traditional rooms.
Integral kitchen fittings give a feeling of tidiness and space with specifications meeting high standards of energy efficiency.
Designated areas have been designed to accommodate food preparation, cooking, washing, storage and eating whilst maintaining free flowing access to all areas.
Bathroom fixtures and fittings accommodate both adults and children, with family bathrooms offering hand assisted pull down showers for the young or elderly. Tiling to bathroom, en suites and cloak room floors and wall areas have been chosen to compliment fixtures and fittings, providing a contemporary & modern feel to the rooms.
The downstairs under floor heating system allows for controlled temperatures in each room depending on use. This facility also allows better provision for room planning and furniture as walls are free from radiators.
Gardens have been landscaped with feature patios and pathways; whilst front garden areas have been planted with shrubs and herbs. |
