HEALTH AND SAFETY1.1 Adamson Construction Services will strive to achieve a safe working environment, and continually work to reduce the risk of accidents and health problems. It acknowledges and accepts its legal responsibilities for securing the health, safety and welfare of all its employees, of sub-contractors working on its behalf and all others affected by their activities. 1.2 Adamson Construction Services will provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions so far as is reasonably practicable. 1.3 Adamson Construction Services will encourage all employees to be actively involved in maintaining safe operating conditions and practices. It is part of our policy to engage employees in consultations on health and safety matters. 1.4 Adamson Construction Services will carry out a regular review of this policy to ensure that these standards of health and safety are maintained. Health & Safety is of utmost importance to our company and trade and is always included in all company strategy and planning. 1.5 Overall and final responsibility for health and safety is that of Dan Adamson (Managing Director). 1.6 To ensure health and safety standards are maintained and improved, the following people
